Account Managers
Primary Role
Accountable for client outreach and ensuring client satisfaction while maintaining the highest value perception of our services/products offering.

Responsibilities
The Account Manager function is responsible for high touch client interaction, farming accounts, upselling, consumer affairs, public relations, international business relationships, and the customer service organization. This function is responsible for the following:
- Brand reputation
- Customer loyalty appreciation programs
- Client satisfaction surveys and focus groups
- Quality control
- Determine required staff positions to support function
- Prepare and submit press releases
- Conduct press conferences
- Coordinate community activities
- Facilitate international relationships
- Develop call center and service dispatch
